Terms and conditions

A weight limit may apply depending on your selected experience.

 

The placing of an order constitutes your acceptance of Experience Flight Terms & Conditions, but does not constitute the creation of a contract. Experience Flight reserves the right to decline to process an order for any reason whatsoever. Duplicate orders are sometimes inadvertently placed or sent out. We ask that you return any duplicates immediately or contact us for further instructions. Should both vouchers be used, we will be entitled to claim payment for the costs incurred.

For safety reasons all flights are subject to change or cancellation subject to meteorological conditions either forecast or actual real world weather. In the event of cancellation you will be responsible for re-booking your flight and maintaining the voucher validity.

 An expired voucher cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.

​

Vouchers are not refundable.

Expired vouchers cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

​

Refunds requested on medical grounds do require a Doctors note and are subject to an administration charge.

​

 Flight times are approximate and are subject to weather and Venue procedural operations.

 

Flight time is deemed to be engine start to engine stop. Flight time is decimalised taken via tachometer and may vary.

Flights to specific areas cannot be guaranteed.

​

Please Note, that due to demand, flights may require 4-6 weeks notice. In all cases, a minimum of 10 days notice will be required. Please check when your voucher expires.

A valid voucher must be produced in order to redeem your experience.

 

Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. If you cancel your flight with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to attend a booked flight, then your voucher is deemed as spent.

 

Please allow plenty of time for your journey on the day of your flight, as late arrival will reduce your flight time accordingly.

Trial flights are for one person in a two-seater aircraft unless a “share the experience” voucher has been purchased.

Experience descriptions, format and timings given on the Experience Flight website and in any other literature are only intended to present a general idea of the experience, and shall not be considered binding. In particular, photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of any contract between you and Experience Flight. As Experience Flight offers flying experiences at a wide number of venues, details such as flight lengths, itineraries, may vary from flight to flight and location to location.

Please telephone the number on your voucher on the morning of your flight to confirm that conditions(operational and meteorological) are suitable, please note that the conditions at the location may be different from where you are. Haze, low cloud, strong winds, precipitation and icing are all reasons for postponement. This is for your safety. We cannot/do not accept any responsibility for travel, accommodation or loss of work and costs caused by cancellation.

Once we have processed your order, you hereby agree that experience flight has delivered goods and services as described and any disputes are to be taken up with the flying club directly.

Please note the online store price may differ from on site prices on the day.

If you are unable to comply with any of the conditions, you must contact us with 14 days of issue of this voucher.
